Guest Services Manager

Caitlyn is the first face you'll see when you walk through our doors and the last one you'll see on your way out. A licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist since 2023, she also holds certifications in brow lamination and lash lifts. Alongside her love of hair and makeup, Caitlyn discovered a real passion for the business side of the beauty industry, which led her to step into the Guest Services Manager role. She takes the front desk experience seriously: whether it’s finding you a better appointment time or putting a cold drink in your hand the moment you arrive, her goal is that every guest feels genuinely looked after. Building a relationship with each person who walks in — even in those few minutes at the beginning and end of an appointment — is what makes her day. Outside the salon, she has one dog and three cats, and spends her free time watching movies, experimenting with coffee recipes, and thrifting. Her holy grail is the L'ANZA Strength shampoo and conditioner.
